First of all I'm new here, hi there - don't actually own an Impreza yet but trying to decide between a GT4 and an STI (no comparison??) I saw this in Pistonheads, it says Version 4 but after enquiring I was told its a 1994 model (but the car is an N reg????) which would make it more like a Version 1? or Version 2? I can't seem to find any data on when V2 came out apart from one site that says 1995.

Oh wow that is by far the best looking STI I have seen by a mile and half, bit out of my price range though - the most I could prob stretch to is about 3k.

Official specs...

* 240PS (237bhp)
* 224lb ft
* 1200kg dry (say, 1220-30 with all fluids?).
* 0-60 is 5.1 or 5.2s (but I think that's optimistic personally). Although, that said, I'm sure it'll be somewhere around 5.5s - not too shabby, eh?

 

Thanks for the specs mate, slightly overpriced then based on that as I am looking more at the 280 version (STI V2+).

Back to the drawing board - will check out the trade section.

 

STi v.2 saloon is 275PS (271bhp).

All v.3-6 STi - and the corresponding MY97-00 WRX - saloons are 280PS (276bhp).
