INTERMITENT NOISE FROM PULLEY on a STI 1998 Fresh import, What could it be? is it easy and cheap to repair ?

hi m8 is it a belt squeal or noise ,if so start up car ,and use a wire brush to clean the belt in the poly vees .watch you dont get the brush trapped and get it pulled from your hand . if you dont want to try that slacken belt tension off and see if noise goes away both belts one at a time to see what one it is then replace the belt
