Question Clutch change impreza 2000 awd

I am the proud owner of a 1999 impreza 2000 awd turbo. It has done a 104,000 miles with no clutch change to date. I know this because i have owned the car since it was a year old. I think the clutch might be on it's way out, it is not actually slipping yet but there is a clicking noise coming from the pedal when i engagae the clutch. I recently towed a 2.5 ton transit van & could smell burning ferado after the 10 mile tow. There was no clicking noise coming from the clutch pedal prior to this tow.

Is there any way you can inspect the available clutch ferado remaining?
I know you have clutch wear indicators on commercial vehicles.

How long would it take a competent mechanic to change a clutch on this vehicle?

What would be the average labour charge for this job?

Roughly how much would a replacement clutch cost?

Any help with the above questions would be very much appreciated. Thank you.

If you check the traders section i think harvey is doing a excedy for about 150 for the clutch and about 200 for fitting which seems to be the average labour charge what you like at diy ?

AZTEC PERFORMANCE ONLINE STORE - WHOLESALE PRICES DIRECT TO THE PUBLIC for clutches

My clutch clicks, and always has done as long as I can remember. Your clutch won't need replacing until it starts slipping imho.
