10w40 semi synthetic, dont use a pure mineral oil as they just break down in these engines and provide naff all protection
Run it in for about 5k miles before considering even going fully synthetic.

You can use a mineral oil, just change it a little more often during the running in period. You don't want to use a good oil as they lubrictae too well and it doesn't run in properly

10-40 mineral for the first 1000 miles
Putting the engine under load up and down hills
Max boost 0.9bar max RPM 4,000
Drop it out

Then some seem to go semi synth for a thousand and then go fully synth.
And some just go straight to fully synth.

Eventually - Silkone Pro S 10w50 Fully synth Esther is the one that keeps getting recomended to me.

The Pro S is ideal for when it's been run in. Don't use it until it's properly run in though
