Water leak, which rad ?

Ok had a water leak for some time , was about to get new rad and realised it appears to be the smaller rad in front of the larger rad ? its spurting oot the side .. what rads this ??

hmm and thatS full of water from the std rad too is it ? not special air con gas type stuff...
