You will be able to find a more or less complete MY99-00 turbo engine schematic and ECU pinout in the final few pages of this document Phill:

There is no relay for the pressure sensor, it doesn't need one. The signal wire runs direct to the ECU and then it has power supply and ground. The pressure sources change and boost solenoids are also driven direct, no relays involved with that part of the car at all.
