Question

Will a 96 sti Ra ecu fit in to a 95 uk car and if so will anything else need changing .

I don't think WRX or STi ECU's are compatible for UK cars.
I know my mechanic (who rallies STi's) has tried.

Call Grade A Breakers or Town End garage they should be able to confirm things.

Unfortunately, the answer is no!

In simple terms, you will find that the ECU pinouts are different between the UK and STi models. In perhaps more important terms, the STi runs larger injectors and is mapped for them (and different engine characteristics because of the different turbo etc.)
