hi fellas, misses just bought me a subaru shortshift and i cant get it to fit as the ends are different! it came off a 1994 wrx and is going on my 1993 wrx are they different or am i just not trying hard enough??? cheers

 

If you've removed the original, and the two ball joints aren't the same, I wouldn't force it.

Having said that, I HAD one on mine and it did take SOME force to get it to go into the socket

I took it off again and sold it as it wasn't very good.

 

sorted it without a problem cheers
