Default Clutch change

Can anyone help

I am changing my clutch tomorrow, which is the easiest way to do it disconnect the gearbox and lift the engine to access the clutch

or disconnect the propshaft and push the gearbox back?

If you're doing the job without the use of a ramp, then pull the engine
