What Tyres for 18" p1 alloys??
As above I have a set of 18" p1 alloys on my classic and am in need of new Tyres what size would be best at the moment they have 215 35 18 on but they look a little stretched to me so before I go and get some new 1s I thought I would ask what other people use
my car is not lowered atall yet but I'm looking at getting some springs more to level than lower maybe eibachs but obviosly don't want the wheels to rub any help is appreciated cheers

it depends if there original P-WRC1 P1 18" wheels et53 offset or the later P-WRC1 wheels for the 02-05 sti et46 offset that clear the brembo's, which i have, because if you put 225's on the et46 offset they will scrub on a classic, trust me i have tried it. Now on 215's

My P1 18" are et53 on my classic. I use to run 215/35/18 with no rubbing on arches however there is hardly any rim protection. So you have to be extra careful parking (side curb scrubbing) Thats one of the reasons I went for 225/35/18. No arch issues again, slightly better side protection. Plus the higher side wall of the tyre helps against those unexpected pot holes. These are the standard size tyres for P1's on 18"
I got falken 452 I think, v good value for a set of 4.
