Default STRANGE NOISE HELP!

Hi on the way home 2day my car started making a sort of graunching noise-sounds like its coming from the rear passenger wheel possibly-it doesnt do it all the time and seems 2 do it after u have stopped then pull away again-i changed my rear discs on sat could this have anything 2 do with it but i have changed them b4 without drama-cheers

If you did something to that corner a few days ago, and all of a sudden you've got a noise, the first thing to rule out would be somethng related to the work you did.

If you changed the discs that means you must have removed the calipers from the upright as well as taken the pads out. Plenty of opportunity there to leave something a bit loose, and especially seeing as it's brakes, have a look at it ASAFP innit.

Not sure about the noise, but I hope you changed the pads when you done the disks.

SORTED! All it was was the shim on the inner pad had folded over and was rubbing - nice easy fix 4 once!
