Default Cam belt service

I've been getting contradicting advice from various dealers and independant garages as to what parts need replacing on the standard 50k mile service on an 05plate wrx. Some say just belt, some say belt and tensioner and others say belt, tensioner and idler pulleys.

Does anyone have any experience of what actually needs replacing and the sort of costs involved?

Thanks in advance for any help.

I would always replace the tensioner, Idler pulleys can be left depending on condition but if you can afford to do I would replace them all
