Time has come for me to do a lil winter service on the impreza. Car is a 98 uk turbo, modifications being manifold, decat and full exhaust system and baileys dump valve as far as i know. I am going for a R/R day on the 28th so wanted to get the car up together before hand. I was thinking of replacing --

spark plugs
oil
oil filter
fuel filter

Air filter seems in good condition so decided to leave that.

Was after some recommendations as of what parts to go for and what would be best suited for my car. I read some where that i shouldnt go for genuine filters as they need to be replaced more frequently and i dont have the money to do that, is this true??
