ENGINE KNOCK(think its the big end)

Looks like i'm gonna be looking for a new engine or parts for a bottom end rebuild. Anyone out there know where is good for parts or has anyone had similar issues with theres willing to give some advice? i have a 54 plate wrx turbo I LOVE IT TO PIECES AND REALLY DONT WANT TO GET RID!

Would help if we knew whereabouts on the planet you are when making recommendations. If you're anywhere near the Midlands, API Engines would be more than worth a call.
