Exhaust Wrapping
I have a turbo-back Magnex Exhaust and it reverberates inside the car at 4000rpm. I I wrap the exhaust will it improve this? Thanks

Wrapping an otherwise naked stainless exhaust will reduce ringing/vibration to some extent so it might help, but if the sound you're hearing is the interior of the bodyshell reverberating in sympathy with the exhaust, it'd probably be unrealistic to expect it to cure it. Worth a try though.
Where's the noise primarily located - the passenger compartment or the boot?

On acceleration the noise is nice as it revs up to 5500. But at cruising speeds as soon as the revs touch 4000 on part throttle there is a reverberation all around the cabin. I don't know if it is a VVT thing. It's a Magnex zorst but it has slip joints, not flanged, so it is not simple to just change back-boxes and try them - the first flange is at the intermediate pipe.

Have you ruled out any part of the system in contact with any part of the undercarriage/suspension, etc.?
I had this happen on my old R5 GT turbo (back box inlet pipe resting against the suspension's transverse rear beam) and it really made a horrible vibration at about 3500rpm. Drove me nuts (until I fixed it).
