Default 3 port solenoid bypass test?

is it possible & safe to bypass the 3port solenoid on a 94 wrx to eliminate a problem with it?

Sorry to dive in on this thread but can i ask the same about a 2 port on a 52 WRX?

no worries mate from what i can make out you can run it on actuator pressure which is 0.7 bar by connecting the actuator to the turbo inlet with a peice of silicone hose but i just want someone to confirm this before i try it? cheers Mark

Yes you can do this with no worries.

If you need a 3 port I have one, £30 delivered think thats about the going rate.
