Vacuum Hose

I'm looking to replace the vacuum hose on my 97 sti with silicone hosing. Any idea what size internal diameter I should be buying? In particular for the hosing between the IM, actuator and boost solenoid.

I'll be looking to buy it by the meter rather than a ready done kit.
