turbo
MD321H should get to 400 on the 2.5 with relative ease. Considered one of the fastest-spooling 400+ turbos.
There are 3 others, all with progressively slower spool times (but not much difference between them):-
MD321H, 400bhp
MD321T, 450bhp
MD321T+, 475bhp
MD321V, 500bhp
You should be able to achieve those figures on a 2.5, with V-Power (or better).
The S206 will easily do it (upto 500+ if you want it, but I think it spools that bit later the the MD321 series...)

the H is really a 2ltr turbo and gets 400hp on an sti8 with fmic etc, etc.
The earlier massive torque curve, and its 1000rpm earlier on the 2.5, see's it dropping away after 5500rpm so 380hp tops with the H.
The MD321T would be my choice on the 2.5

...Therefore I agree with the above ^^^
