Default Lambda 02 sensor question...

Does anybody know who makes the Lambda/02 sensor for Subaru ??? .......Mine is fitted with a Bosch item , is that an original part ? as I have enquired with Subaru and they want £130 for a new one but my local carspares wants about £50 for a Bosch item ....am I correct in thinking that they must be different ? I have been told the cheap sensors are not worth using ..... I have asked scooby clinic and they sell a Denso sensor that they say is very good , anybody used this ?

I use the Bosch LS02 from here

Just Lambda for UK lambda sensor sales

I think the cheap universal you talk about refers to the ebay cheapo's, i had 2 of those, they lasted 50 mile
