Got a small problem folks.

My P1 isn't feeling as strong as it usually does. The car runs absolutely fine, idles fine etc, but its not boosting fully. Its boosting, but only about 50% or so. It was fine one day, then the next it wasn't? I've checked all boost hoses for cracks leaks etc, cleaned inside all hoses, made sure everything is bolted on tightly etc. From what I car hear, it hasn't got any air leaks coming from any knackered gaskets, it sounds the same as it did before the loss of boost. It has a standard VF28. The only thing I can think of is the the Turb is just knackered? Any help would be greatly appreciated guys!!!
