After market mounts and stabilizer fitted. Getting a vibration & noise
I have noticed since my mounts and pitcher has been installed that I am getting a hell of a lot of vibration from the engine bay but mostly when pulling away from a stand still.
I also can hear a noise but cannot work out what it is? I don't really use the car that much so maybe it's more noticeable to me than normal.
I know it's nothing to do with the mechanicwho did them as he knows his stuff so cannot see something being install incorrectly.
I still have a TMIC . I thought maybe the TMIC was hitting my strut brace as my TMIC doesn't sit directly one of the brackets due the MD321T .I've checked and this isn't the case however I will take it off and make another bracket.
Any idea's? Maybe the pitcher (stabilizer) may need to be tightened up a little?
Cheers
Steve

I've still got this issue. Noticed it last week more at the ESC tunnel run pulling away from first at a gentle pace etc.
Sounds more like coming from the back of the engine to the right like a thud noise.

Is it engine or gearbox mounts your on about, have heard that the engine mounts are alot stiffer and do tend to cause a bit of vibration, dont know of any cures for this though

Cheers for the feedback guys.
I've had all mounts changed on the engine (including pitcher) and gearbox. I know I get some more feedback from the stiffer mounts but this is different.
I'm wondering if the pitcher bolts have worked loose (under the TMIC) as there almost where the noise started last time but as I have said it seems to have moved to the bottom right hand side of the engine?
It's a metal on metal noise. How often do you get lower engine mounts working loose?
