Default Coilpack help - Cracks!

Checked my coilpacks today after the issues i've been having and of corse they have some cracks.

I checked two of them (one from each side) and both were cracked, didn't bother with other two.

My question is, is there a coilpack upgrade worth getting or should i just go standard subaru ones?

Is there a dealer on here that will sell me them cheaper than the subaru bend me over price?

you need to be careful where you get the coil packs from as they could well be knock offs that wont last long, your best bet would be to ring api as you get the genuine article, diamond coilpacks.

ZEN stock the MY93-96 OEM coilpacks too... I have a set of brand new (well, a year old) ones in my WRX.

Coil packs have gone way up in price since last year. Subaru jacked the price up a long way. Genuine ones are the way to go.

We have changed heaps of copy ones after - in some cases - just a few weeks. Guess what no warranty , because...... or ....... or .....

l'll check current price but likely to be nearer £60.00 + VAT each nowadays.

What is the upgrade? I don't know of anything that is better AND ORIGINAL FIT than standard Subaru parts.
