as above what is the difference between the two engines for the bhp to be so different and how much work is it to get the uk to match the jap spec?

 

MY01/02 JDM cars are similar (except turbo and ecu) mechanically to the uk cars up to and including 2005, 2003 onwards are totally different as these are twin scroll turbocharged cars compared with the single scroll of the uk cars.
