Default AVCR prolem!!!

I had a uk 6 speed fitted by zen which is really great, and they set up the avcr for me. Somehow i have managed to mess it up when i was changing the display settings, and to have it set up again its a 220 mile round trip.

The problem i have made is in the 1st menu which is the boost/duty settings. where you set the boost and duty for specific revs. Someone please help

If you go on Apexi's American website you can down load instructions for the AVCR in english. I had mine set up by Andy Forrest, so couldn't tell you how to do it myself. Out of intrest, and a little off topic, how much did the six speed fitted by Zen cost you? PM me if you don't want to post it here.

I have the AVCR manual, but it's utterly crap. Best bet would be to phone Zen and ask Paul to talk you through what settings to alter; he'll know it like the back of his hand!

Yes, this is possibly the best option. You just need a good cup of tea when you eat your slice of humble pie!
I aggree that the manual is a "touch confusing" to the average user. I'm ok changing the display and selecting a, b and off boost levels etc. but leave the settings alone! (mapped and set by Paul)
