Around 270, and you dont need a fuel pump for that
Upgrade the turbo and you should then upgrade the fuel pump, standard one is the same as the STI's etc which run 276bhp out the box.

What exact benefit will i get from a upgrade turbo as the existing turbo boosts upto 1.3 bar no probs and holds it

More power basically, if you upgrade to say a vf35 (which is a larger turbo) which is one of the preferred upgrades as they are pretty cheap then your looking at around 330bhp, but wouldnt go silly with the mapping on it, 330/300 is a nice figure for longevity of your car

A good second hand one can be had for around the 500 quid mark, quite a few going as alot of the 2ltr new age STI's get upgraded
Keep an eye out in the for sale section
