HELP new fan shroud
Hi,
I have a UK 97 turbo impreza now with a new fan shroud I am trying to install. Trouble is the harness has 3 wires ground, hi and low for different speeds where the new one one has 2 wires ground and on I believe.
How should I wire this in. If I bridge with a loop of wire across the hi and low lines will I cause any damage.

I posted on here sometime ago for advice but after no reply I just bridged across the harness hoping that the fans would come on if needed if they received power from both high and low wires.
As it turns out, this seemed fine at first but then the right come on when the ignition is turned on and stayed on even after starting.
I have tried putting the original fans back on and they done the same. In test mode only the right was working. I also tried swapping the relays around and they appear to all be working but the outcome is the same.
A/C is out of service as it needs gas
What now
Can I put some kind of diode in to stop any feed back and perhaps damage
What are the high and low colours for each fan as you too have a UK car.
Please help I need these new fans working as they are the only ones that will fit my new radiator
