dick i am sorry missed the 98 sti type r. 2.0 then. 16g will run out of puff. 18g or 20 will need to be mapped properly to get the best out of them. what about 321 series or the gt series. very configurable with compressor wheel and housing changes. 440cc injectors should see 350 okish

I dont know which turbo to choose that is quick to reach full boost. the md321 would probably max out the engine. if i got either the 18g or 20g would i see any benefit in 740cc injectors, and would i need a fuel reg?

this all depends on what power you want. 740cc would definately see the power figures you are looking at comfortably, at least IDC will not be maxed out. turbo wise it all depends so much on the mapper. i really good mapper should be able to work around flat spots and give you fast spool and power delivery. you need to remember though that increasing the power is only half the battle. no point in having a big power car if the chassis, gearbox, drivetrain, fuelling, ignition can't handle it. waste of time IMHO.

are all sti engines good up to 400 bhp? so standard type r gearbox should be okay for 350 bhp or more? i know the standard clutch wont last, but i will probably change that, would an exedy organic be a good upgrade or is there something better, i dont want something thats going to have a stiff pedal? sorry for all the questions.

Thanks
