Default Whats the harder job..door or elect window motor?

To start..My Electric Drivers window is duffed! all fell in and was squint...

Thanks to this board, Took door panel off and got mangled window scissor thing(technical term i think) + motor out the door. The screw holes where it was attached are a bit mangled and the scissor part that lifts the window is all bent and not happy. I was going to get another motor and mech and re-fit it to window. But i have done this type of thing with a non electric one before and it was a a mare to do cause you have to poke inside the door.

So...Do i grin and bare it and do the job, or fit another door with window in it. Im amature level at car diy so any experience on either job would be appreciated. Just not sure what to go for. Oh car is 99 uk turbo Impreza.

they are easy enough to do, its just getting the correct alignment of the glass that's the tricky bit as the doors a frame less, it will be more awkward to do.
