What does "stroker" actually mean?
Since my Scoob decided it wanted a new bottom end, I've been taking advice on what to do, and keep coming across the above term.
Can anyone explain what it refers to, please?

It means to increase the capacity of the engine by lengthening the piston stroke (i.e. how far up and down it moves). Obviously only small increases of capacity can be made through this alone, hence stroked to 2.1 or 2.2l.
The other alternative is to increase the size of the bore and fit bigger pistons.

Doesnt the 2.0litre EJ20 have a bore of 90mm and a stroke of only 75mm... if thats right then what is the stroke when its "strokered" to 2.1litre? etc
And as above how does this effect rev-ability... as I know engines with a short stroke can rev higher, safer.
