Unhappy Window Falls out of its Runner

My drivers window goes down half way and then bangs as it jumps out of its runner on one side.
Can't for the life in me see why it pops out. and if there is any device that should keep it in.

Theres a little tab on the back of the window bracket that looks worn, as if something was attached and is no longer, but cant see anything that looks like it would fit. There's nothing in the bottom of the door either.

Any help would be appreciated.... I like opening my windows.

have u looked inside the bottom of the door, the rubber that holds the window in when moving sometime comes loose so when window goes down it will ether pop out or stop try pushing the rubber back in against the metal runners, it worked for me

Thanks for your reply mate, but there's nothing in the bottom of the door.
As the window comes down it just pops out of the runner. when going back up the whole window tilts badly and gets stuck.

I'll have to have another look and see if Ive missed something.

Cripes! Yeah, I should think so.

At lease you've now found the source of the cause...
