classic wrx fusebox

Can anyone tell me what this fuse does as it blew and my car would not start till replacing it. I circled it in red. Thanks all

It keeps blowing

Randomly any ideas where to start looking?

Right important lesson to learn always make sure you put engine harness wires back where you took them off. One of mine was rubbing on the engine block and kept on shorting randomly when getting hot.
