hi guys.just wondered if this was normal (yet it doesnt happen all the time)but sometimes when im accelerating and then change gear i will dip the clutch but the engine revs dont drop instantly but hold there position for a moment in fact theyve been known to rise by a couple of hundred revs then drop as normal.its like im dipping the clutch before i let off the accelerator(which im not)or as if i blip the throttle between changes(which again i am not.this doesnt seem to affect the running although if its not right i want to sort it.oh it happens mainly under spirited driving.!the engine is standard internally with panel filter and bailey d/v replaced with o/e item.2nd cat back exhaust also.thanks.
