Default Turbo Stall?

Hi guys, need ur help please.....
a while back decided to put my car back to a standard airbox.... but this created almost an overboosting problem under hard acceleration where the car just jolted and then gets an engine warning light and wont go into boost.
took it to ace motorsport who changed a turbo inlet pipe thinking it was leaking and overboosting the turbo.... was fine for a while but then same thing started happening....
i put the induction kit back on thinking this would solve the problem as it wasnt happening before this was removed.... but no.... it has definately reduced the occurances of it but its definately not right and i currently have no confidence in the car under hard acceleration.
could it be a faulty recirc dv?

PLEASE HELP ITS DOING MY HEAD IN!!

also randomly get a check engine light at traffic lights... but a throttle blip clears it.... last time ace checked the ecu they saw a throttle position sensor error.... could this be causing the above problem?! If so is this something that is easy enough to fix?

Cheers again!
