Default Advice on a good mapper please

Good afternoon everyone,
I'm planning to add a fair few bits to my scoob:
RCM400 turbo
650cc injectors
Hyrbid FMIC
Cold air intake (supplied with the FMIC)
78mm turbo inlet provided i can actually find one
Ported headers and up-pipe
Possibly De-cat downpipe as i've currently got the sports cat and not sure whether to keep it or not
Now... I usually use Power Engineering in Uxbridge for an Ecutek remap. However, and im not sure if its me just being silly here, i fear that the mapper might not be too skilled beyond the sti ppp. I.E doesn't get the full potential from the AVCS system to get the earliest spool possible.
So can anyone put my mind at rest that they are an extremely could source when it comes to mapping or better yet, know someone who would be much more suited to the task.

P.S i live in london and will be getting a flatbed to the mapper so it can't be too far.

Thanks in advance

Jolly Green Monster re-re-mapped my Simtek and I would definitely recommend Simon.
