Sport Mudflaps on Turbo.

There've been quite a few queries about mudflaps of late. Whilst in Tileys the other day I noticed a DBM PPP turbo with Subaru mudflaps. A quick enquiry with the Parts department revealed that they were meant for GL and Sport models; the stocklist info specifically says "not for Turbo models". The other shocker was that they were £9.20+vat a pair. I assume this is because Turbo owners can be charged more for "aero" mudflaps or mad STi prices.
Anyway, I had them fitted yesterday and am very pleased (results below). The 'flaps are semi-rigid rubber/plastic with a metal mounting bracket. The fronts do sit quite low however they seem to withstand speed humps (loads around my house - all tested!). They are attached via 3 screws/bolts/whatever.
Get down to your dealer now before they realise their error, put Turbo on the packet and charging £50 a pair

PS. if you're wondering, the front discs are Godspeed 294mm drilled and grooved. New on yesterday. Very good.

Boost - I'll try and find the invoice. If all else fails, ring Tileys Parts dept and tell them you want some mud flaps like the ones on the DBM PPP turbo in their showroom (the one with the flat front tyre ) 01179 231 231
