Default Cold Ait Intake question....

Guys, just fitted a hyperflow cold air intake to my hawkeye sti prior to mapping on tuesday. Don't worry, taking it real easy until its mapped....

The filter sits right behind the foglight cover. I have some ducted blanks, but if I fit one of these could it suck up water or anything?

Sorry for the potentially stupid question....

There's plenty of cold air coming up from the wheel arch to need a duct as well.
Some of the wing mount CAIs are a bit low and I've had to turn around several times instead of dicing with a bit of flood water.

That sounds sensible to me... will keep the fog blank in place as the filter near enough sits on the undertray
