mate i ow you big time, ive just sat through 540 pages of a impreza technical book

to find out it didnt even start from v1 but it says 1993 which i thought was v1

can i clear this up with some people aswel

am i right that the v1 had a seperate cam and crank sensor on its own plugs going into the bulk head

while the v2 had theres going into the loom with spark and injectors ect.

I can confirm V2 as yes as the central connector lays on the bellhouse. V1 i couldn;t confirm you could PM jolly green monster and ask him. Top dude him. I think you'll find that it would have saved subaru some money by converting all these sensors into a central loom, so again wouldn't surprise me if they did do this on the V2.

Although remember that the ECU pinout would still be the same.
