when you say " chatter " whaddya mean as i deleted my resonator with a homemade plastic pipe yesterday i did it in plastic to see if it was any better then planned to do one in metal.........on the way home the turbo spools up at about 2000rpm and when the D.V goes off it makes a noise through the blitz air filter it sounds like a gruff bark is this what ya mean as i dont want to do owt to the car that could cause any damage

makes the turbo work abit harder thats all depends on what turbo you have td05 are good for this it depends on your set up i am deliberatly causing this by running with no dumpvalve. it sounds like you dont have the same set up all you have done is stoped the resonater from silencing so wont be a problem

So your 2nd res. delete pipe needs a port fabricated to it, to accept that oil breather's wide rubber hose.
FTR, the MAF-end of the res. del. pipe needs to be 80mm O.D. and the turbo intake-pipe end 70mm O.D...
