Default clutch bleeding problems

hello boys and girls,
I have came across a problem to day i fitted 4pots to my car and bleed the system and thats fine now but my mate un done the bleed nipple at the top left near wear the shock mounts and i gess thats for the clutch as i dont have a clutch anymore. Any way i have tried to bleed my clutch but still got nothing could anyone help me please and i have heard i have to take cylinder off and point the nipple up right?

Yeah its a proper ball ache done this last weekend its not hard just time consuming spent hours bleeding it normal - undone the slave pointed the nipple upwards two minutes later all done hth
