Can anyone give me a break down on this
my car is a WRX 05 plate
what version does this mean
or ive seen
blobeye
hawkeye
god its mad when you dont know

05 is when blob eye and hawk eye crossed over.
The hawk eye is the newer shape with the more pointy front lights and the blob is well... the front lights that are more blobby, lol.

A 05 WRX could be called a V8 but be careful as this would cover most Blobeyes. The 05 STi ran a different pcd of 114 and a wider rear track, so could be called a V9 even though it's still blob, and the Hawkeyes are V10's I think.
I don't think Subaru ever called new age cars by a version number officially and just went by MY.
