my cars resently started stuttering when your driving along at constant speed ie 30mph off boost and also does it when it just starts to come on boost but you only really notice it in 3rd.

any ideas what would be causing it, i checked the maf and it seems to be ok and the plugs are only 6months old and were gapped before they went in.
