impreza sti V4 1998 help!!!

hi, ive noticed that when you hold the revs at about 3000rpm there is a slight rattle from the engine , not a knock more of a fast rattle any one got any suggestions!!!!

was thinking that but it sounds more like engine noise!

I would have it looked at as it could be the timing belt tensioner or possibly one of the bearings on the timing belt.
