It depends if you have access to the basic workshop tools,

Its pretty easy really, Just remember to work clean and measure twice.

Try, "******* hard" more like! There is a reason tuners ask the prices they do. Bore clearance, piston ring gaps and compression ratios are all relevent to BHP. Any unwanted tolerence wil have a huge effect on your motor output. Its having the goods that can handle 500bhp but finding after puting it all together yourself you only have 200bhp.

If you can work out those things, you are onto a winner. Ha ha ha

Unless you are talking about a standard rebuild, then my friend a workshop manual is all you need. Give it a go, its awesome to get carried away with some tech time spent in the garage.

Like most things, dead easy if you have the experience and tools. If you don't, you might get lucky, or you might end up with a very expensive and tough learning experience.

Hahahaha, nuts and bolts are ok. You tighten them up, youre doing a good job. You torque them up, youre doing a perfect job. Having honed your cylinder only to find its a gnats ball hair too much is soul breaking.
