Hi,

just been out in my wrx L reg import and it sounded like a tank and was down on power. Had a look underneath and found a small hole in manifold i think. You can feeling it blowing if you put your hand infront of the drivers wheel it seems to be 4 pipes going into 1 with what looks like a braided flex joint very close. Is this the manifold? Sorry not had it long and not really sure. If it is where is best to get one? I live in the North East of England. What are the best one's to replace it with? How much? The exhaust is a stainless steel Magnex if this helps.

Any help will be greatly appreciated.

Just been looking on here could i be talking about headers and up pipe?

Could be the felx joint on the up-pipe... not the exhausts strongest point.

I take it has the std manifold and up-pipe?

I have heard of this before it sounds like the flex joint on the up pipe Its not much money to replace about £100i think but can be a bit of a bugger to change
