Smile subaru wagon questions

hi chaps.

i have a subaru impreza wagon turbo r reg 97/98 done 150,000 miles, still going strong and like a rocket!
can anyone advise on what oil to put in as wanting to do a oil change shortly, looked at internet ,some recoment 5w 30 others recomend 10w/40 semi synthetic, what do you think! any help appreciated.

upon driving ,sometimes you just feel a little jurkey as if its missing slightly, was told could be a faulty spark plug lead, are they easy to change as they look awkward!

clutch judder upon move away ,cold or hot, is this normal, clutch appears to work ok and drive ok, its got a short shift gear gearbox mod too.

thanks for any reply.

hi.thanks for your reply. so fully synthetic ,any brand in mind? rating 10w 40? or

spark plugs, do you need a special plug removal tool to get them out? as the angle looks awkward.

many thanks.
