To get the crank pulley off, you'll need a long bar so you get good leverage... Or you can cheat and use a electric/ pneumatic wheel-nut wrench, makes it alot easier!!
Sorry, can't help with the con-rod pin...

The last time mine was removed at Zen's, they used a hossing great steel breaker bar that was about 3-4ft long!

To get the gudgeon pins out I've found that you can push them out from the next cylinder along. It works on the 2litre anyway. If you have No1 piston at the bottom you can put a long rod right through the No3 cylinder and give the No1 pin a tap and it comes straight out. That's how I did it anyway.

As for the crank pulley bolt you need to jam the flywheel so it wont move then use a big breaker bar and possibly a bit of scaffolding tube on the end.

As above, I knock mine through from the other side.

As for pulley, lock the flywheel then use an impact gun. Works everytime

Use the right socket and a old wrench hold the wrench around the bolt and hit the wrench with a hammer works all the time for me. (REMOVE ALTERNATOR MAKES LIFE EASYER)
You will be lucky to get a gun in wail the motors in and rad.
PS

If he's asking about the piston removal he's probably already got the engine out.

Macca, make sure you have all the bolts out that bolt the halves together. Most are obvious but a few people have been caught out by the small 10mm one at the front of the engine on the bottom where the sump bolts to.

Be warned block halves can be a ball ache to seperate. Sometime you have no choice but to use a wedge just make sure you're very careful and use it in the right places and to not damage any important surfaces.
