Default 3 Port solenoid

Going for a remap next week and got a 3 port solenoid to go on, and wondered how to fit it. Or if someone can help me. Cheers

First thing you need to do is ask your mapper whether he prefers his three ports set up interrupt or bleed.

Then, if you want specific help here, you're probably going to need to tell us which type of three port you've got and which model of car you're putting it in.

Best bet may be to take it with you and get the mapper to put in, as (unless he's coming to you), it'll be pretty much undrivable until mapped anyway.

Just get the mapper to fit it before the re-map , only takes a few minutes. You can't fit it before hand as the ECU will be a bit confused on boost LOL

The best person to put that question to is whoever's going to be mapping your car. The potential benefit could be more consistent boost control with better throttle response, but a lot depends on your individual setup and the mapper's own experience and preference.
