Default syntrax anygood for diffs or gearbox

Should i use syntrax in my diffs and gearbox and are they easy to change on box or diffs

Easy to do the diff half inch socket fits the drain plug did mine on the ground at home the box got done at work but easy as to do at home syntrak should be ok forgot to say hand book says must be api classification gl5 just check the bottle of what your buying it will say on there

cool guess the gearbox is easy and does it make a differance changing the box oil be told car is running around 300 bhp

Yeah seems to mine seems to go into gear smoother might just be me tho
