I have a turbo 2000 uk impreza, what are the best products to use for servicing? filters, oil, plugs etc

a genuine subaru filter with washer shell helix 10w40 semi synthetic seems popular or try opie oils and ngk pfr6b plugs .

 

is this the best plugs and oil to use? cheers

 

im using the greddy oil filter and a genuine subaru fuel filter and they seem to work really well, the spark plugs i have are the ngk iridium ones gapped at 0.6mm, a little pricey but are great and ngk reckon they can do 40,000 before they need changing (i still change them every 8,000 tho lol) and as the last thread said 10/40 semi syn oil is good but i find the better brands are a must.
