I've hopefully got some Sti Genome Defi gauges on the way, they are the old type controller ones.

Ive had a good look thourgh the forum but cant find a definite answer.
I'm going to use the OE pressure and No3 for temp instead of a sandwich plate because they give better readings.So i have read.

My question is..........

What thread is it on top on the engine for the Pressure where the OE sensor is under the alternator? The Defi's have a 1/8PT i think (please correct me if i'm wrong) will this screw straight into the original sensor place?

The next is the Temp on No3 where can i get a plug with a 1/8PT thread for the Defi sensor. I'm guessing 1/8NPT which a can find, is different and will not fit? where can i find one that will. Ive looked at Scoobyparts Ltd OIL PRESSURE & OIL TEMPERATURE GAUGE FITTING KIT and its the wrong type i think.

I was the same last week got em from demon tweeks temp on no3 was m18 they list all the different sizes in m18 and the pressure sender on my screwed into the oil switch without the adaptor mine was 1/8npt cost me about 10 all in including postage jon
